Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. It is used to remember information about you or your browsing: from keeping you signed in, to measuring how many people visit a page, to showing you targeted advertising.

Specifically, and to be unambiguous:

• We use no analytics cookies or audience measurement tools.
• We use no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or remarketing networks.
• We use no browser local storage to identify you.
• We embed no third-party content that could set cookies of its own, such as embedded videos or maps.

That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. Article 22(2) LSSI-CE only requires consent where information is stored on, or accessed from, the user's device, and that does not happen here.

Our hosting provider automatically logs technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request and the browser used. These logs are necessary to deliver the service, maintain security and prevent abuse, and are not used to identify you or to build profiles.

If you submit the contact form, we hold a counter tied to your IP address in the server's memory to limit the number of submissions and prevent abuse of the form. That counter is discarded automatically after ten minutes and is never stored on your device.

Even though this site does not use them, you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies from any website. You will find instructions in your browser's help: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera all have a dedicated privacy and cookies section.

If we introduce cookies in future — for audience measurement, for example — we will update this policy beforehand and put in place a prior consent mechanism that lets you accept or reject them granularly. Until then, what is described here reflects exactly how the site works.
